THE PUPPY TRUCK IS NO LONGER COMING TOMORROW!!!!!! IT IS COMING ON SATURDAY!!! THAT MEANS THAT TODAY WILL BE EXACTLY LIKE YESTERDAY, COUNTDOWN WISE, THAT IS. Now I'm all depressed. :( This really really sucks.
Ya, I am bummed because I can't go on Saturday. . . no puppy fix for me. When I was supposed to pick up Fullerton he got sick before the puppy truck went out so I had to wait an extra five days for him to get well before they could fly him out to me. I hate delays, but it will all be worth it on Saturday! :D
good point, Sammy! And there is certainly bad weather going around. I'm pretty sure another slight cold front came through as it's been below freezing here at night and the other morning it even snowed and we're at 500 ft elevation and only 1.5 hours from the ocean so at passes/further inland that are experiencing this cold front it can definitely be unsafe! Delays can be a pain, but they keep your puppy safe! :-D
So sorry!! That's horribly disappointing. The bright side--one more day to sleep in! And one more day to stay inside and be warm. Get a corner of that backyard shoveled so you'll have a place for Mr. M to do his business. You're going to be standing outside in the snow a lot for those first few days!
Hang in there Mitch! Mr.M will come soon! This makes it even more special when you finally get him. I remember we waited months for Tahoe, and when she finally got to Guide Dogs from New York, she got sick! Haha, now that was some painful waiting. :)
That's a bummer! He'll be here soon enough...don't worry! Puppy raising is all about patience so it's good to learn it early...I'm waiting for my 3rd pup and I am still impatient!
Oh my gosh, I am soooo sorry :( It's better for the puppy truck to be safe than to drive in bad weather, though. I am really sorry :(
